我院自1992年以来选择小儿呼吸道感染200例,随机分为治疗组与对照组各100例。上呼吸道感染各40例,急性支气管炎各40例,支气管肺炎各20例。两组患儿年龄、性别及症状体征无明显差异。对照组按常规治疗。治疗组单用双黄连60mg/kg 加10%葡萄糖液100～150ml 静脉点滴,滴速<30滴/分,每日一次。6岁以上儿童最大量为2.4g/日。疗程5～7天。
200 cases of respiratory tract infection in children have been selected in our hospital since 1992, and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 100 cases each. 40 cases of upper respiratory tract infection, 40 cases of acute bronchitis, 20 cases of bronchial pneumonia. Two groups of children age, gender and symptoms no significant difference. Control group according to conventional treatment. Treatment group with Shuanghuanglian 60mg / kg plus 10% glucose solution 100 ~ 150ml intravenous drip, drip speed <30 drops / min, once daily. The maximum amount of children above 6 years old is 2.4g / day. Course of 5 to 7 days.
