携着春的声音,牛年的脚步近了。这个冬天,京城无雪。北来的风,南来的雨,部融化在阳光的笑容里。几天后,漫天的烟花和嘹亮的爆竹将把牛年新春送到我们面前。遗憾的是,牛年带不来牛市,市场的冬大远未过去。国际经济危机的影响依然深不见底,国内市场调整的结果仍旧准以预料。风云变幻,风雨飘摇,将仍然是中国地产市场在牛年里无可选择的背景。
