The 14th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party is an important milestone in the history of our party. Under the guidance of Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, this congress summed up the basic practices and basic experiences of the past fourteen years and determined the strategic tasks of the 1990s.
