在异常血红蛋白普查中,于江苏省扬州地区发现1例异常血红蛋白。电泳速度似HbG,肽链分析表明为α链异常。异常肽链化学结构分析确定为α链34位亮氨酸残基被精氨酸残基所取代,证明此例Hb为HbQueens,即α~(34) Leu→Arg。
In an abnormal hemoglobin survey, one case of abnormal hemoglobin was found in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province. Electrophoresis speed HbG, peptide chain analysis showed that the α chain abnormalities. Abnormal peptide chain chemical structure analysis confirmed that the 34th leucine residue in the α chain was replaced by an arginine residue. This example shows that Hb is HbQueens, that is, α ~ (34) Leu → Arg.
