近几年来，鄂州市委办公室按照“三贴近”（贴近中心、贴近领导、贴近实际）的思路，组织精干力量积极汗展调查研究，及时为领导决策提供有价值的调研成果，较好地发挥了参谋助手作用。近三年来，我们累计撰写各类调研文章１２８篇，其中３６篇的重要观点被吸收进市委工作报告
