经肌注致农药中毒者极少见。杭州江干区彭埠卫生院七堡分院于1986年10月23日曾因护士粗心,将病员自带要求代注的“庆大霉素”(实为40%氰戊菊酯2毫升一支),引致中毒,经救治脱险,报告如下。陈某,女,67岁,农民,不识字。1986年10月23日上午8时,因咳嗽要求注射室代注“庆大霉索”。护士未经查对,即将患者自备药品(实际是40%氰戊菊酯)行臀部肌注。患者离院不久觉注射部位剧痛,故返院诊查。该院发现误注后即转某医院抢救。10月23日至27日观查,体温36.7℃,脉搏98次/分,呼吸20次/分,血压130/80毫米汞柱,神清,面苍白,左右瞳孔均为3毫米,对光反应(+),心肺无异,肢温。右臀部皮肤大片充血,略隆起,皮下可触及8×8平方厘米肿块,压痛,边缘清,不移动,右拉塞克氏征(+),疼向右大腿放射。WBC+DC3900,P:62%,L:38%,尿(一)。印象:右臀部炎性肿块伴坐骨神经痛。处理:病危通知,阿托品1毫克,静注,Q3h,红外线局部照射,抗生素,补液。观查四天,无恶心、呕吐,体
