我室进行外周血淋巴细胞染色体检查197例中发现一例智力低下患儿,经染色体G带核型分析确定为t(6;7)平衡易位,现报告如下。患儿,女,5岁,因智力低下,有时行为不能控制,来我室咨询。患儿系第1胎,足月顺产,出生时体重2.6kg,由人工喂养。1岁左右抬头,1岁半左右独坐。5岁独立行走,至今仍不会说话,仅能喊“爸”“妈”单音,能听懂简单的词,如;“吃饭”。患儿除体弱和易感冒外,否认有外伤和其它疾病史。

In addition to children with frail and susceptible to cold, denied the history of trauma and other diseases.
