作者检查3个月～14岁患儿128例,包括各种病原引起的脑膜炎97例,有脑膜刺激征的急性呼吸道病毒感染31例,77例确诊为化脓性脑膜炎,20例为浆液性脑膜炎。77例化脓性脑膜炎中,49例为脑膜炎球菌脑膜炎,28例病原不明。浆液性脑膜炎的病原主要是肠道病毒和流行性腮腺炎病毒。77例化脑,血中中分子物质代谢物都明显高于正常,而浆液性脑膜炎和有脑膜刺激征的急性呼吸道病毒感染患者,51例只有4例轻度高于正常。为
The authors examined 128 children aged 3 months to 14 years, including 97 cases of various pathogenic meningitis, 31 cases of acute respiratory viral infection with meningeal irritation, 77 cases of purulent meningitis and 20 cases of serous meningitis.
