采用填料L-727代替白炭黑填充到胎面胶中,研究了其性能,并与白炭黑填充的胎面胶性能进行了对比。结果表明,与白炭黑相比,L-727能提高硫化速度,降低t_(c90),并在一定程度上提高了硫化胶的交联密度。随着L-727用量的增加,混炼胶的门尼粘度呈下降趋势,加工性能变好,填料网络削弱,硫化胶的磨耗性能变优异;当L-727用量为5份时,硫化胶具有较好的磨耗性能和力学性能。
The filler L-727 was used instead of silica to fill the tread rubber. The properties of the tread rubber were studied and compared with the performance of the tread rubber filled with silica. The results showed that compared with silica, L-727 can increase the curing speed, reduce t_ (c90), and to a certain extent, increase the crosslinking density of the vulcanizates.
