引言我国机车车辆修造工厂中铆接作业与除锈作业是较普遍的两个生产工艺。由于作业中使用了以压缩空气为动力的风动铆钉机与风动除锈机,常伴有强烈的噪声与振动,据反映,作业工人长期在这种环境下劳动,大多有较严重的职业性耳聋、乏力以及手部痛疼等症状发生,使工作能力与劳动生产率显著下降。因此,需要阐明铆钉机与除锈机噪声振动的卫生学意义,以便采取有效措施防治它们对工人健康的危害。我们在部属某机车车辆厂和桥梁厂有关车间进行了本课题的调查。噪声测量用1400D型声级计,频谱分析用1400D声级计与6001型倍频程滤波器组成的分析装置。振动记录用KG振动仪,仪器均经计量部门预加校准。
