根据《中华人民共和国企业法人登记管理条例》,中国的公司分为:国有企业、集体企业、私营企业、联营企业、有限责任公司、股份有限公司、股份合作企业等等;以投资人的出资方式和责任形式又可分为:个人独资企业、合伙企业、公司制企业等等。根据《法国商法》,法国也有各种类型的公司,如SCI、SARL、SARLcapitalvariable、SNC、SA、SAS、GIE等。本文对中法两个国家的公司性质进行简单的比较,并翻译其名称。
