本文采用漏咀中套芯管的特殊结构的拉丝坩埚,在稳定拉丝工艺参数的条件下,研究了空心玻璃纤维的成型以及空心玻纤的空心度K与芯管内径内径XN、漏咀内径ZN、漏咀长度L、芯管凸出长度△L等结构参数的关系,归纳出如下关系式K=2XN/ZN。经过验证此式可作为设计不同空心度的空心玻纤拉丝坩锅的漏咀结构的依据。
In this paper, using the special structure of the cored tube in the drain nozzle, under the condition of stable drawing process parameters, the hollow glass fiber forming and hollow glass fiber hollowness K and the inner diameter of the core tube XN, the inner diameter of the drain nozzle ZN are studied. The relationship between the structural parameters such as the length of the drain nozzle L and the protruding length of the core tube is summed up as follows: K=2XN/ZN. After verification, this formula can be used as the basis for designing the drain nozzle structure of hollow glass fiber drawing crucible with different hollowness.
