目的:分析我院中药饮片的使用情况,为临床合理用药及药房的科学管理提供参考。方法:从医院药房管理网络系统提取2009~2011年中药饮片的处方用药信息,将所用的中药饮片品种与《中国药典》2010年版进行比较;对中药饮片处方数、使用量、金额和使用频率等进行统计分析。结果:本院所用中药饮片品种约82%收载于《中国药典》2010版;饮片处方数量、使用量及金额都在逐年增加;饮片的价格上涨明显。结论:中药饮片在我院的使用较为广泛,且具有一定地方特色;接受传统中医药治疗患者逐年增加;饮片价格上涨过快应引起重视;中药饮片使用情况调查分析对中药房管理和促进中药临床合理使用具深远意义。
Objective: To analyze the use of Chinese medicine Pieces in our hospital and provide references for the scientific management of rational drug use and pharmacy. Methods: Prescription drug information of Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces from 2009 to 2011 was extracted from the hospital pharmacy management network system. The Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces used were compared with the 2010 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The prescription, usage, amount and frequency of Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces were compared conduct statistical analysis. Results: About 82% of the varieties of Chinese herbal medicine used in this hospital were collected in 2010 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The number of prescriptions, the amount and the amount of the prescriptions were increasing year by year. Conclusion: Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces in our hospital is widely used, and has some local characteristics; patients receiving traditional Chinese medicine treatment increased year by year; Pieces prices rise too fast should be taken seriously; Analysis of the use of Pieces of Chinese medicine pharmacy management and promotion of traditional Chinese medicine Reasonable use of far-reaching significance.
