本文分析了消光测量中的校正方法。首先指出应用于消光方法的Bouguer定理的不足之处,推导了校正系数的表达公式。然后针对实际中,在采用消光方法测量气固两相流流场中的颗粒参数的情况下,对校正系数的表达式进行了大量分析计算。分析表明,只有在测量装置收集角较小,且测量对象小于1μm时才可以避免由Bouguer定理带来的误差。而对于大于1μm且小于20μm的颗粒,则必须考虑粒径分布、折射率与吸收率对消光的影响。
This article analyzes the correction method in extinction measurement. Firstly, the deficiency of the Bouguer theorem applied to the extinction method is pointed out, and the expression of the correction coefficient is deduced. Then, according to the fact, under the condition of using the extinction method to measure the particle parameters in the gas-solid two-phase flow field, a large amount of analysis and calculation are made on the expression of the correction coefficient. The analysis shows that the error caused by the Bouguer’s theorem can be avoided only when the collection angle of the measuring device is small and the measurement object is less than 1 μm. For particles larger than 1 μm and smaller than 20 μm, the influence of the particle size distribution, the refractive index and the absorption on the extinction must be considered.
