法律规避在各国的理论和实践中都存在较大争议。故对其进行探讨具有理论和实务的双重价值。本文拟对法律规避的性质、效力作粗浅的分析。

Legal avoidance is a big controversy in the theory and practice of all countries. Therefore, to explore it has the dual value of theory and practice. This article intends to make a superficial analysis of the nature and effectiveness of legal avoidance.
