德育目标定位过高、德育方法简单,以及社会不良环境影响、家庭教育缺失人文关怀等多种因素造成了中职学校德育效果不尽人意的现状。提高中职学校德育工作的实效性,应当构建新型互动教学模式,尊重学生的主体意识;引导学生树立人生目标,加强职业规划;重视学生良好习惯养成;重视主题教育活动在满足学生个性发展和心理需求中的作用。
