300吨电动摆式飞剪机的同步机构容易损坏。本文找出了不同断面铸坯在各种拉坯速度下,下剪刃运动轨迹近似直线的倾角。将倾角与同步机构斜块调定角比较后发现,机构损坏的原因,是斜块的调定角偏小,补偿弹簧组能补偿的角度过小。为使机构免遭损坏,建议增大补偿弹簧组的工作行程,和增设过载保护部件。斜块调定角过小时,机构会受到附加力作用而损坏,调定角过大时,剪切终了剪刃返回时,会冲击斜块。本文求出的下剪刃运动轨迹近似直线的倾角,可供调定斜块倾角时参考。某厂投产了一台按引进技术制造的150/70毫米小方坯连铸机。其300吨电动摆式飞剪机的同步机构,在使用中出现底座变形、开焊;导向斜块被压坏;补偿弹簧屈服,甚至被压碎等事故。本文就此机构损坏的原因进行分析,并对如何防止损坏,提出方案进行探讨。

In this paper, the slant angle of the trajectory of the lower blade is found to be almost straight at different casting billet speeds. After comparing the inclination with the setting angle of the inclined block of the synchronous mechanism, it is found that the reason for the damage of the mechanism is that the setting angle of the inclined block is too small and the angle at which the compensation spring group can compensate is too small. In order to protect the mechanism from damage, it is proposed to increase the working stroke of the compensating spring set and to add overload protection components. When the setting angle of the inclined block is too small, the mechanism may be damaged by the additional force. When the setting angle is too large, the inclined edge will be impacted when the cutting edge returns after the cutting edge returns. In this paper, the lower blade edge trajectory approximation of the straight line inclination, tilt angle can be adjusted for reference. A factory has put into operation a 150/70 mm billet caster that is manufactured according to imported technology. This article analyzes the causes of damage to the organization, and how to prevent damage, put forward proposals to explore.
