为了解IgG亚类与临床疾病的关系,需首先了解各年龄正常儿童血清IgG亚类水平及其发育规律。为此,本文采用鼠抗人IgG亚类单克隆抗体酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定了211名正常儿童血清IgG 亚类水平。
To understand the relationship between IgG subclass and clinical disease, we must first understand the normal children of all ages serum IgG subclass levels and their development.
