1.会议概况湖南省自动化学会第三次会员代表大会于1992年4月9日在长沙召开,省科协副主席欧阳庆到会并讲了话,第二届理事长喻克曜代表第二届理事会做工作总结报告,副秘书长彭再昌作会章修改报告,秘书长胡惠道作第三届理事会的组成原则和理事会候选人的说明。喻克曜对1987年10月至1992年4月学会的工作作了总结,四年来的主要工作是努力搞好学术活动;认真组织会员参加每年一次的中南五省的自动化学术交流会;积极开展技术培训;和省计算技术研究所、省计算机学会共同办好“计算技术与自动化”期刊;完成了学会重新登记工作,领到了社会团体法人登记证书;积极参加省科协组织的各项活动。
1. Overview of the meeting The Third Member Congress of the Hunan Provincial Institute of Automation was held in Changsha on April 9, 1992. Ouyang Qing, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Association for Science and Technology attended the meeting and made a speech. The second session of the Board of Directors Yu Kezhen represented the second session of the Board of Directors. A summary report of the work will be done. Under-Secretary-General Peng Zaichang will make a revision report for the meeting. Hu Huidao, the Secretary-General, will make the composition of the third session of the Board of Directors and a description of the candidates for the Council. Yu Kejian summed up the work of the Society from October 1987 to April 1992. The main work in the past four years was to work hard on academic activities; he seriously organized members to participate in the annual automatic academic exchanges in the five South-Central Five Provinces and actively carried out technical training. And the Provincial Institute of Computing Technology and the Provincial Computer Society jointly run the “Computational Technology and Automation” periodical; completed the re-registration of the society, received the registration certificate of the social group legal person, and actively participated in various activities organized by the Provincial Association for Science and Technology.
