对新型锰系空冷超高强精轧螺纹钢筋进行了实验室研究和工业生产试制。在提高性能同时降低合金成本和简化工艺的原则下,在新型锰系空冷贝氏体钢的基础上采用钒微合金化,开发了超高强精轧螺纹钢筋(PBR)。此外,利用TEM研究了PBR钢筋中钒的析出物的形貌、尺寸及分布。开发的PBR超高强钢筋,不含昂贵合金元素,淬透性好,强度高,屈强比低,全面满足PSB 1080级别要求,20 mm钢筋抗拉强度达到1 600~1 610 MPa,屈服强度1 400~1 420 MPa,伸长率8.5%,均匀伸长率5.0%;32 mm钢筋抗拉强度达到1 450~1 500 MPa,屈服强度1 140~1 200 MPa,伸长率9.0%,均匀伸长率5.0%。
The new manganese-based air-cooled ultra-high-precision finishing thread steel laboratory research and industrial trial production. Under the principle of improving the performance while reducing the alloy cost and simplifying the process, ultra-high strength finishing rolled rebar (PBR) was developed on the basis of the new type of manganese-based air-cooled bainite steel by vanadium microalloying. In addition, the morphology, size and distribution of vanadium precipitates in PBR rebar were investigated by TEM. The developed PBR ultra-high strength steel, without expensive alloy elements, good hardenability, high strength, low yield ratio, fully meet the PSB 1080 level requirements, 20 mm steel tensile strength of 1 600 ~ 1 610 MPa, yield strength 1 400 ~ 1 420 MPa, elongation 8.5%, uniform elongation 5.0%; 32 mm steel tensile strength of 1 450 ~ 1 500 MPa, yield strength of 1 140 ~ 1 200 MPa, elongation of 9.0% Uniform elongation of 5.0%.
