目的:测定红花、川芎、丹参及其合并提取液中亚油酸的含量。方法:采用气相色谱法,使用HP-INNOWAX(30.0m×250μm×0.25μm)柱,Agilent6890N色谱工作站,采用外标一点法进行测定。结果:亚油酸甲酯在0.6~3.7μg内,进样量与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9996,精密度、稳定性、重复性、回收率试验的RSD值均小于2%,平均回收率为101.57%,红花中亚油酸含量为1.004%,丹参为0.00066%,川芎为1.803%,红花/川芎为1.40%,红花/川芎/丹参为1.060%。结论:该法对于川芎等药材制剂的质量控制可提供参考。
Objective: To determine the content of linoleic acid in Safflower, Chuanxiong, Salvia miltiorrhiza and their combined extracts. Methods: Gas chromatography was performed on a HP68N chromatography workstation using a HP-INNOWAX (30.0m × 250μm × 0.25μm) column and the external standard method was used for the determination. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the injection volume and the peak area in the range of 0.6-3.7μg, r = 0.9996. The RSDs of precision, stability, repeatability and recovery were less than 2% The average recovery was 101.57%, the content of linoleic acid in safflower was 1.004%, Salvia miltiorrhiza was 0.00066%, Chuanxiong was 1.803%, safflower / Chuanxiong was 1.40%, Safflower / Chuanxiong / Salvia miltiorrhiza was 1.060%. Conclusion: This method can provide reference for the quality control of Rhizoma Chuanxiong and other medicinal preparations.
