It sure takes a whole lot of guts to be part of the riot policeas you have to keep the mob at bay without causing seriousinjury in the process. Thankfully, there have been inventionsthat make this job easier, and this flashlight is the latest in along line. Capable of inducing nausea at whoever it flashesat, this works great when you want to disable a target froma safe distance. It utilizes a range finder to measure thedistance to the target’s eyes, adjusting the energy level of thelight to a level that won’t cause permanent damage followedby shooting pulses of light rapidly from an array of ultra-bright leds to incapacitate a person. Sounds a whole lotless painful than a water cannon!
