研究了用刚性球体压入渗氮层表面测定渗氮层脆性的方法,并与传统的维氏硬度压痕法进行了对比。研究表明,维氏硬度压痕法试验结果精度较低,在很多情况下不能反映出渗氮层脆性的差别。刚性球体压入法可定量地测定渗氮层的脆性,测试精度高,重复性好,物理意义明确,具有实际工程意义。
The method of measuring the brittleness of nitrided layer by the rigid sphere pressing on the surface of nitrided layer was studied and compared with the conventional Vickers indentation method. The results show that the Vickers indentation test result is low in accuracy and can not reflect the difference of brittleness of nitrided layer in many cases. Rigid ball press-in method can quantitatively determine the brittleness of nitrided layer with high testing precision, good repeatability and clear physical meaning, which has practical engineering significance.
