本文利用我国2005年7月至2010年3月的人民币名义有效汇率和房地产价格的月度数据建立协整模型,使用格兰杰因果检验方法对我国的房地产价格和人民币名义有效汇率的关系进行实证检验。得出结论:人民名义有效汇率和房地产价格之间存在着正的相关关系,保持人民币汇率小幅升值有利于维持房地产价格的稳定。
This article uses the monthly data of nominal effective exchange rate and real estate price of RMB from July 2005 to March 2010 in our country to establish the cointegration model and use Granger causality test to test the relationship between real estate price in China and nominal effective exchange rate of RMB . It is concluded that there is a positive correlation between the nominal effective exchange rate of the people and the real estate price. Maintaining a slight appreciation of the RMB exchange rate is conducive to maintaining the stability of real estate prices.
