构建社会主义和谐社会是党中央在新时期提出的,对于一系列执政新理念的概括和总结。本文在对法治、德治与构建社会主义和谐社会的关系进行阐述的基础上,强调和分析了法治和德治的有益结合对于构建和谐社会的重大理论和现实意义。
The building of a harmonious socialist society is proposed by the party Central Committee in the new era and summarized and concluded a series of new concepts of governing. On the basis of expatiating on the relationship between rule of law, rule of virtue and building a harmonious socialist society, this paper emphasizes and analyzes the significant theoretical and practical significance of the beneficial combination of rule by law and rule of virtue in building a harmonious society.
