本文以ISO9000质量管理模式的基本原则和方法为基础,提出企业建立完善的质量管理体系应以提升企业经营业绩为导向,推行“5S”活动与质量成本管理。
Based on the basic principles and methods of ISO9000 quality management model, this paper puts forward that the establishment of a sound quality management system for enterprises should be guided by the improvement of the company’s operating performance, and the implementation of the “5S” activity and quality cost management.
