柴油机穴蚀问题是目前大家所关心的问题,穴蚀直接影响柴油机工作的可靠性和寿命。本文通过对Z12V190B型柴油机穴蚀问题的解决,进行了气缸套振动测试,结构改进试验。通过厂内台架耐久试验又经几年现场的验证,所采取的措施是有效的。目前,该产品已荣获国家产品银质奖,其穴蚀问题得到基本解决。通过在Z12V190B型柴油机上进行的试验研究,对穴蚀的机理,解决措施作了初步的分析。供内燃机专业人员研究参考。
Diesel pitting problem is currently the concern of everyone, pitting corrosion directly affect the reliability and life of diesel engine. In this paper, through the solution to the cavitation problem of Z12V190B diesel engine, the cylinder liner vibration test and structural improvement test were carried out. Through the factory bench durability test after several years of field verification, the measures taken are effective. At present, the product has won the national product silver medal, the problem of cavitation has been basically solved. Based on the experimental research carried out on the Z12V190B diesel engine, the cavitation erosion mechanism and the solution measures are preliminarily analyzed.
