将结核分枝杆菌(M.tuberculosis)H37Ra株苏通培养基培养物化学灭活,低温高速离心,超声波裂解,SephadexG-200柱层析,获得3个峰,制备了3种胞浆蛋白质抗原。经与结核分枝杆菌阳性参比血清、阴性参比血清及各种分枝杆菌高免兔血清的ELISA检测,并与PPD、聚合OT及菌体PP等抗原比较,结果表明:第二峰的胞浆蛋白质抗原的特异性最好。
