将结核分枝杆菌（M．tuberculosis）H37Ra株苏通培养基培养物化学灭活，低温高速离心，超声波裂解，SephadexG－200柱层析，获得3个峰，制备了3种胞浆蛋白质抗原。经与结核分枝杆菌阳性参比血清、阴性参比血清及各种分枝杆菌高免兔血清的ELISA检测，并与PPD、聚合OT及菌体PP等抗原比较，结果表明：第二峰的胞浆蛋白质抗原的特异性最好。
Three kinds of cytoplasmic protein antigens were obtained by chemical inactivation, high-speed low-temperature centrifugation, ultrasonication and SephadexG-200 column chromatography on M. tuberculosis H37Ra strain Sutong medium.
