建立了气相色谱质谱法测定合成革与人造革废气中11种挥发性有机物的方法。采用活性炭采样管采集气体,CS2溶剂解吸后进样,经毛细管色谱柱分离,质谱检测器定性和定量。结果表明,11种物质的质量浓度在1.47~179 mg/L范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9995~0.9999,检出限为0.02~0.07 mg/L,采样体积为10 L时,方法的最低检出浓度为0.002~0.007 mg/m3,重复性测定6次的相对标准偏差为1.2%~2.9%,相对误差为-2.4%~2.2%。通过对活性炭管解吸效率和采样效率的试验,解吸效率为75.1%~96.8%,采样效率为71.0%~94.4%,已用于合成革与人造革生产过程废气样品的测定。同时本法还可用于测定废气中的其它挥发性有机物。
A method for the determination of 11 volatile organic compounds in synthetic leather and artificial leather by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established. The relative standard deviations of 6 replicates were 1.2% -2.9% and the relative errors were -2.4% -2.2%. The desorption efficiency of 75.1% ~ 96.8% and the sampling efficiency of 71.0% ~ 94.4% were tested on the desorption efficiency and sampling efficiency of activated carbon tube. It has been used in the determination of exhaust gas samples in the process of the production of synthetic leather and artificial leather. At the same time this law can also be used for the determination of other volatile organic compounds in the exhaust gas.
