将涡旋搅拌与超声乳化技术相结合,制作了一种新型液相微萃取装置,并建立了磁力搅拌结合超声辅助乳化微萃取新方法。以联苯菊酯作为萃取物,考查了影响方法萃取效率的若干因素,实验结果与理论推导相符合。新方法应用于尿液中联苯菊酯的检测,在1~1000μg/L范围内线性良好,相对回收率可达98.4%,相对标准偏差可达3.5%,最大富集倍数为122,检出限为11 ng/L。
A novel liquid-phase microextraction device was fabricated by combining vortex mixing with phacoemulsification and a new method of magnetic stirrer combined with ultrasonic-assisted emulsification microextraction was established. Taking bifenthrin as the extract, several factors influencing the extraction efficiency of the method were investigated. The experimental results are consistent with the theoretical derivation. The new method was applied to the determination of bifenthrin in urine with a good linearity in the range of 1 ~ 1000μg / L with the relative recovery of 98.4%, the relative standard deviation of 3.5% and the maximum enrichment factor of 122 Limit 11 ng / L.
