在非接触气动检验装置中,总是以测量喷嘴作初级变换器,以被测工件的表面作喷嘴2档板。喷嘴工作端面与工件表面之间的测量间隙通常为0.06—0.10mm。这种变换器的特点是结构简单,但是在测量喷嘴与被检验工件表而突然接触时,特别是当工件的实际尺寸超过公称尺寸的值比测量间隙值还大时,变换器会遭到损坏。这时测量装置的调整状况受到破坏,因而测量精度也将受到影响。为消除上述缺点,设计制造了一种变换器,这种变换器在喷嘴与工件表面突然接触时所产生的力作用下,使测量喷嘴有可能移动,并在空气压力下返回初始(工作)位置。
