加工图1所示的轴承盖零件,常用的方法是冲压。但对批量小、单件生产的单位,专门设计、制造两套冲模(落料冲孔、拉延成形)。不仅周期长,且费用高。针对这一情况,我厂车工李盛桓设计制造了一套在车床上旋压成形轴承盖的胎具,其工作原理如下。先根据零件展开尺寸进行落料。将外形不规则的薄型板料放入图2所示磁铁5与本体2之间,摇动车床尾架,使活顶尖8带动顶柱7向左移动,将零件4夹紧。然后开动车床,主轴旋转,把刀架向左移动,锥形滚切刀6即将零件4的边料旋转切掉。加工一定数量后换上
