在氩气保护下,采用搅拌铸造法制备了化学包覆镍碳纳米管(Ni-CCNTs)/AM60复合材料,测试了铸态条件下复合材料的高温力学性能,并对微观组织和断口形貌进行观测和分析。结果表明:Ni-CCNTs/AM60复合材料具有良好的高温力学性能,在拉伸速度为1 mm/min以及温度为150℃时其抗拉强度达132.77 MPa;当碳纳米管含量过多时,会因团聚而影响复合效果,该复合材料高温性能急剧下降;复合材料的断裂形式由韧窝和撕裂棱组成,其断裂特征更趋向于韧性断裂。
Ni-CCNTs / AM60 composites were prepared by stirring casting under argon gas. The mechanical properties of composites at the as-cast condition were tested. The microstructure and fracture morphology For observation and analysis. The results show that the tensile properties of Ni-CCNTs / AM60 composites are good at high temperature. The tensile strength of Ni-CCNTs / AM60 composites reaches 132.77 MPa at tensile speed of 1 mm / min and 150 ℃. When the content of carbon nanotubes is too much, And the composite effect is affected by the agglomeration. The high temperature performance of the composite material decreases sharply. The fracture pattern of the composite material is composed of dimples and tearing edges, and the fracture features tend to be more ductile.
