采用粉末冶金法制备SiCP/Cu梯度复合材料,研究了梯度复合材料的压缩性能。结果表明:采用复压烧结粉末冶金工艺可提高梯度复合材料的致密度,并能消除梯度层间界面;当压缩应力达630 MPa时,SiCP/Cu梯度复合材料的压缩试样表面出现宏观剪切裂纹,裂纹方向与轴线方向成45°;压缩后梯度试样的致密度由95.8%提高到97%。
SiCP / Cu gradient composites were prepared by powder metallurgy method, and the compressive properties of the gradient composites were studied. The results show that the compactness of graded composites can be improved by the complex pressure sintering powder metallurgy process, and the interface between graded layers can be eliminated. When the compressive stress reaches 630 MPa, the macro-shear appears on the surface of the compressive specimens of SiCP / Cu graded composites The crack and crack directions are 45 ° to the axial direction. The density of the compressed gradient sample increases from 95.8% to 97%.
