目的:研究乔松松塔化学成分。方法:运用多种柱色谱方法分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定了化合物的化学结构。结果:从乙醇提取物的氯仿萃取部位分离得到了9个化合物,分别鉴定为:15-羟基-7α-甲氧基-松香-8,11,13-三烯-18-酸(1)、7α,13-二羟基-罗汉松-8,11,13-三烯-18-酸(2)、7,12,13,15-四羟基-松香-8(14)-烯-18-酸(3)、7β,15-二羟基-松香-8,11,13-三烯-18-酸(4)、18-降松香-8,11,13-三烯-4,7,15-三醇(5)、15-羟基-松香-8,11,13-三烯-18-酸(6)、7α-羟基-15-甲氧基-松香-8,11,13-三烯-18-酸(7),7α-羟基罗汉松烯-8(14)-烯-13-酮-18-酸(8)、齐墩果酸(9)。结论:其中,化合物1、2为新化合物,命名为15-羟基-7α-甲氧基-松香-8,11,13-三烯-18-酸、7α,13-二羟基-罗汉松-8,11,13-三烯-18-酸,所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Qiao Song pine tower. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by a variety of column chromatography. The chemical structures of the compounds were identified based on the physicochemical properties and spectral data of the compounds. Results: Nine compounds were isolated from the chloroform extract of ethanol extract and identified as 15-hydroxy-7α-methoxy-rosin-8,11,13-trien-18-oic acid (2), 7,12,13,15-tetrahydroxy-rosin-8 (14) -ene-18-oic acid (3 ), 7β, 15-dihydroxy-rosin-8,11,13-trien-18-oic acid (4), 18-descentrin-8,11,13-triene-4,7,15-triol 5), 15-hydroxy-rosin-8,11,13-triene-18-acid (6), 7α-hydroxy-15-methoxy-rosin-8,11,13- 7), 7α-hydroxynorpnere-8 (14) -en-13-one-18-acid (8), oleanolic acid (9). Conclusions: Among them, compounds 1 and 2 are new compounds named as 15-hydroxy-7α-methoxy-rosin-8,11,13-trien-18-oic acid, 7α, 13-dihydroxy- , 11,13-triene-18-acid, all the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
