The Boston Symphony Orchestra and the Boston Popular Orchestra are two groups of people. Every summer, after the music season, performers of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, in addition to the principal performers of the instrument groups, are required to attend the Boston Popular Orchestra. Most of the repertoire is relatively light serious music, or more serious light music. There is also a pleasing concerto and a pleasant musical comedy adaptation of songs. Founded in 1930 by Fidler (1894-1979), the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra provided listeners with a large collection of lively and lively orchestral pieces for over 50 years.
