本文根据系统分析的理论,提出一种内陆干旱区灌溉枢纽工程设计标准优化设计方法。该法以枢纽工程河道断面处,河流水源设计来水量和灌区设计灌溉用水量为供需平衡条件,并考虑灌区经济因素的影响,以水资源损失期望值最小所相应的设计来水频率为求解目标,建立随机性存贮模型。论文对模型的求解提供了简捷易行的方法,将用于灌溉的水源来水这一连续型随机变量及其概率通过图解使其离散化,从而获得水源设计来水量及其概率分布。同时,将灌区灌溉用水量看做某一设计来水频率的定值,这在一定程度上简化了计算程序。论文最后给出了解算实例,结果表明,所介绍的方法在实际运用上是可行的。
In this paper, according to the theory of system analysis, an optimization design method for design criteria of irrigation hub in inland arid areas is proposed. According to this method, the water supply for design of river water source and irrigation water for irrigation district is taken as the equilibrium condition of supply and demand, considering the influence of economic factors in irrigation district, the design incoming water frequency corresponding to the minimum water loss loss is the goal, Establish a random storage model. The paper provides a simple and easy method to solve the model. The continuous random variable and its probability of water source and water used for irrigation are discretized by graphic method, and the water quantity and probability distribution of water source design are obtained. At the same time, considering the amount of irrigation water in the irrigation area as a fixed value of the design incoming water frequency simplifies the calculation procedure to a certain extent. Finally, the paper gives a solution example, the results show that the method presented in the practical application is feasible.
