不断提高高职院校会计专业不同类型教师的教学能力,既是着力提升教师综合素质建设符合高职教育特点的“能说会做型”师资队伍的内在要求,也是提高高职会计专业教学质量的根本保证。本文分析了高职院校会计专业“会讲不会做型”和“会做不会讲型”教师形成的原因,并提出了高职院校会计专业不同类型教师的培养途径。
