在0 .08 m ol/ L H2 S O4 介质中, P O[ 3 - ]4 、 Mo O[ 2 - ]4 与罗丹明 B 形成三元磷钼杂多酸·罗丹明 B 荧光缔合物,其λex /λe m 为325 n m/650 n m ,磷浓度在0 .3 ~30 μg/l 范围内与荧光强度呈良好线性关系。实验结果表明,本法具有灵敏度高,选择性好,操作简便等特点;用于水、铜合金、茶叶试样中磷的测定,结果令人满意。
At 0. P O [3 -] 4, MoO [2 -] 4 and rhodamine B form a ternary phosphomolybdic heteropolyacid rhodamine B fluorescent complex in the medium of 08 mol / L H2 S O4. The λex / λe m is 325 nm / 650 nm, and the phosphorus concentration is zero. The fluorescence intensity showed good linearity in the range of 3 ~ 30 μg / l. The experimental results show that the method has the characteristics of high sensitivity, good selectivity, easy operation and so on. It is suitable for the determination of phosphorus in water, copper alloy and tea samples with satisfactory results.
