本文报道简单是敏的反相高效液相(RP HPLC)法分析血浆中毗喹酮(PZQ)的浓度。PZQ在四氢呋喃(或乙腈)44%、蒸馏水56%中,在E_z 265nm、E_m 285nm时具有强烈荧光,并与代谢产物和血浆提取物中有荧光的物质能基线分离,检出限量4ng。用本法测定家犬口服吡喹酮片、缓绎片和静脉注射的药代动力学。
This article reports the simple, sensitive RP HPLC method for the analysis of plasma praziquantel (PZQ) concentrations. PZQ was strongly fluorescent at 44% in tetrahydrofuran (or acetonitrile) and 56% in distilled water at E_z 265nm and E_m 285nm, and baseline was separated from the metabolites and the fluorescent substances in plasma extracts. The limit of detection was 4ng. This method was used to determine oral administration of praziquantel tablets, tablets and intravenous pharmacokinetics.
