本文研究了在氨水介质中,铜(Ⅱ)催化过氧化氢氧化苯酚红褪色的新指示反应。据此建立了催化褪色光度法测定痕量铜的新方法。本方法检出浓度为8.0×10 ̄(-10)gCu ̄(2+)/ml,测定范围为0.3~1.1μgCu ̄(2+)/25ml。用于钢铁样品中微量铜的测定获得了满意的结果。
In this paper, a new reaction of copper (Ⅱ) catalyzed hydrogen peroxide oxidation of phenol red in aqueous medium was studied. A new method for the determination of trace copper by catalytic fading spectrophotometry was established. The detection limit of this method was 8.0 × 10 -10 gCu ~ (2 +) / ml and the determination range was 0.3 ~ 1.1 μg Cu ~ (2 +) / 25 ml. Satisfactory results have been obtained for the determination of trace copper in steel samples.
