目的探讨肺静脉的多层螺旋CT解剖分型。方法120例应用多层螺旋CT行冠状动脉CTA检查,对原始横断面图像进行容积重建(VR)和多平面重建(MPR)。按照肺静脉开口数目、肺静脉数目、肺静脉共同开口及副肺静脉出现情况对肺静脉进行分型,统计各型的出现率。对肺静脉共同开口、副肺静脉出现率的性别差异进行统计学分析。结果本组人群中,肺静脉共同开口的出现率为22.5%,副肺静脉的出现率为15.8%,均无性别差异。肺静脉可分为4型,其中标准型最常见,出现率为62.5%,肺静脉共同开口型为21.7%,副肺静脉型为15.0%,混合变异型为0.8%。结论多层螺旋CT对肺静脉的解剖观察,可为临床提供解剖信息。
Objective To investigate the multi-slice spiral CT anatomy of pulmonary veins. Methods One hundred and twenty patients underwent coronary angiography (CTA) with multi-slice spiral CT, volume reconstruction (VR) and multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) were performed on the original cross-sectional images. According to the number of pulmonary vein openings, the number of pulmonary veins, the common opening of pulmonary veins and the appearance of accessory pulmonary veins, the pulmonary veins were classified and the incidence of each type was calculated. Statistical analysis was made on the gender differences in the common pulmonary veins and secondary pulmonary veins. Results In this population, the common incidence of pulmonary veins was 22.5% and the incidence of accessory pulmonary veins was 15.8%. There were no gender differences. Pulmonary veins can be divided into 4 types, of which the most common type of standard, the incidence rate of 62.5%, 21.7% of the common pulmonary vein opening type, paraventricular vein type was 15.0%, mixed variant 0.8%. Conclusions Multi-slice spiral CT anatomy of the pulmonary veins can provide anatomic information for the clinic.
