目的 :通过建立家兔高脂血症动脉粥样硬化 ( AS)模型 ,观察化瘀复元胶囊对血脂、脂蛋白及动脉病理形态学改变的影响。结果 :化瘀复元胶囊大小剂量两组血清 TC、TG及动脉粥样硬化指数 ( AI)明显降低 ,HDL- C显著升高 ,主动脉内膜脂质沉着明显减轻 ,泡沫细胞明显减少 ,脂质斑块显著缩小 ,与正常组和模型组比较 ,均有显著差异 ,并呈较好的量效、时效关系 ,大剂组明显优于阿斯匹林组 ,提示化瘀复元胶囊具有良好的调脂、抗 AS作用 ,适用于心脑血管疾病的防治
Objective : To observe the effect of Huayu Fuyuan Capsule on the pathological changes of blood lipids, lipoproteins and arteries in rabbits by establishing an atherosclerosis (AS) model of hyperlipidemia in rabbits. RESULTS: The serum TC, TG and atherosclerosis index (AI) were significantly decreased in the two groups, and the HDL-C was significantly increased, the aortic intimal lipid deposition was significantly reduced, and the foam cells were significantly reduced. Significantly reduced plaque, compared with the normal group and the model group, there were significant differences, and showed a good dose-effect, time-effect relationship, large-dose group was significantly better than the aspirin group, suggesting that Huayu Fuyuan capsule has a good tune Fat, anti-AS effect, suitable for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases
