随着计算机技术的不断发展,高校图书馆管理中也逐渐引入了计算机管理系统。在网络环境下,高校图书馆的管理要做到知识管理,就需要以创新性管理和服务来满足读者的需求,从而推进图书馆的不断向前发展。本文以当前图书馆管理的现状为切入点,通过对现状的分析,找到原因所在,以提出相应的创新合理化对策。
With the continuous development of computer technology, university library management has also gradually introduced a computer management system. In the network environment, the management of university libraries needs knowledge management to meet the needs of readers with innovative management and service so as to promote the continuous development of libraries. This article takes the current situation of library management as an entry point, and through the analysis of the status quo, finds out the reason and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures of rationalization and innovation.
