国有企业的车间管理工作存在许多体制性弊端,很大程度上危害了企业的管理工作质量,因此,本文从国有企业车间管理工作的问题分析出发,对传统车间管理工作存在的问题进行了有针对性的研究,并且结合具体的车间管理需要,对当前处理车间管理工作所需要实施的策略进行了完整的制定,对提升传统车间管理工作的整体质量,转变国企制度性问题,具有一定的理论指导意义。
