社区矫正是国际行刑走向的一个趋势,在我国已经开始全面试行。为了更好地推动社区矫正试点工作的进一步发展,并使其规范化、正规化和专业化,社区矫正工作必须确保社区矫正对象的各项合法权利、切实重视犯罪被害人的权益保护、强化对社区居民的权益保护、关注矫正对象家属的权益保护,平衡和协调社会各层次和主体的合法利益,从而体现社区矫正真正的法律效果和社会效果,让社会更加和谐。
