今年以来,钢材市场波动较大,特别是“五一”以来,呈现大起大落走势,对钢铁行业生产经营和上下游产业链稳定发展造成较大影响.当前,中国钢铁行业正处于一个关键的历史发展阶段,既要深化供给侧结构性改革,又要面临碳达峰、碳中和的新挑战.在此特殊时期,钢铁行业要立足新发展阶段,贯彻新发展理念,构建新发展格局,团结自律、凝聚力量,为推动行业转型升级、促进行业低碳绿色高质量发展,共同营造公平稳定、健康有序的市场环境.
