截至“十三五”期末,全国公路网总里程已经突破510万公里,这是巨大的存量资产,也是巨大的挑战.rn当前,我国经济社会发展进入了新发展阶段,其特征就是高质量发展.公路行业的养护领域也是如此,高质量发展和高质量养护密切相关.可以说,没有高质量的养护,就没有公路行业的高质量发展;没有高质量的养护,巨大的存量资产可能成为巨大的包袱,而不是巨大的财富.
