运用多谱勒方法对5例早产儿动脉导管未闭患者在消炎痛治疗前后的肾动脉血流速度进行了动态观察。结果显示动脉导管未闭患者治疗前肾动脉平均血流速度显著低于治疗后24小时值(P<0.05);治疗前肾动脉血流在舒张末期呈“反向”。结果提示肾动脉血流速度检查有助于动脉导管患者消炎病治疗时的疗效观察。
The Doppler echocardiography was used to detect the velocity of renal artery blood flow before and after indomethacin treatment in 5 cases of patent ductus arteriosus in preterm infants. The results showed that the average velocity of renal artery before treatment in patients with patent ductus arteriosus was significantly lower than that of 24 hours after treatment (P <0.05). Prerenal renal blood flow was “reversed” at the end of diastole. The results suggest that renal blood flow velocity test is helpful for the treatment of patients with ductal anti-inflammatory disease efficacy.
