为了分析成型方式、级配及胶结料剂量对水泥碎石疲劳特性的影响规律,采用正交试验方法,对不同工况条件下水泥碎石进行了疲劳性能试验;利用威布尔(Weibull)分布函数对疲劳试验结果进行了统计分析,并采用极差分析法确定了水泥碎石疲劳性能影响因素的敏感性排序,根据材料学微观组成理论分析了影响因素排序与疲劳性能之间的相关性。结果表明:各因素对疲劳寿命影响的敏感性从大到小排序为:成型方法、水泥结合料剂量、级配骨架;采用振动成型设计法,适当提高水泥结合料用量,选用悬浮密实结构的级配形式,可以提高水泥碎石基层材料抗疲劳性能。
In order to analyze the influence of molding method, gradation and cement dosage on fatigue characteristics of cement-stone, the fatigue test of cement-aggregates under different working conditions was carried out by orthogonal test.
